Instiz: Previous TVXQ's contract that was all revealed at the court
TVXQ's contract was first revealed at the court on August, 2009 due to JYJ and SM's lawsuit
This is the brief summary of the contract

Their contract is 13 years
SM takes 50% of the profits and TVXQ takes the other 50%
TVXQ has to pay for the entire costs of overseas promotions, stylists, dancers, and all the staffs from their 50%.
If their albums don't sell over 500,000 copies, they get no money for that.
If they sell 500,000, TVXQ gets 0.
SM takes all the earnings from guesting on variety shows and broadcast promotions as singers
Copyrights for self-composed songs all belong to SM
Every right for their songs belongs to SM
Even if their contract expires, TVXQ can't use their composed songs without SM's permission because SM has all the rights.
If both parties negotiate and terminate the contract, TVXQ still holds the responsibilities.
So TVXQ has to pay triple amount of the promoted fees (including every promotion) and twice amount of their profits to SM. Doesn't matter if the contract terminates due to SM.
TVXQ is not allowed to say anything about their contract and SM to anyone

The only obligations of SM are,
1) SM's responsibility is to work the hardest to make TVXQ popular
2) To inform TVXQ's schedule as fast as possible
Those two are the only ones
What's scary is that this contract was revised as much as possible from the very first contract
