Jung Hyun Don is a very strict chief of military discipline. Hoobae gagmen couldn't even look at him in the eye.
Shim Hyung Rae ordered Yoo Jae Suk and Kim Soo Yong to teach military discipline to Ji Suk Jin whom he thought was arrogant. But Yoo Jae Suk and Kim Soo Yong were younger than Ji Suk Jin and they had a weak heart, so they pretended to scold Ji Suk Jin in a bathroom. The trio got caught faking by Shim Hyung Rae and they were beaten up almost until death.
Shin Dong Yup was very popular when he was a rookie comedian. His sunbaes asked him, "Are you happy with your success?" and slapped and beat him up. He was furious and was going to quit his gagman job.
Lee Kyung Kyu took a picture with a close sunbae Lee Hong Ryul and Lee Hong Ryul punched him in the face for making an arrogant face. His nose bled.
Joo Byung Jin, Choi Yang Rak, and others were playing a game and spoke informally to each other. After an hour, Joo Byung Ji became uncomfortable and asked to stop. Choi Yang Rak, who was drunk, replied with "Why stop, you idiot." Choi Yang Rak's drunk habit was known to be the worst among comedians. The incident of Kim Jin Chul hoobae beating was an amplification of military discipline. Gag Concert class 20 - Goo Ok Boon, Kim Sunha, Kim Jae Wook, Kim Ji Hwan, Kim Jin, Noh Woo Jin, Park Hwi Soon, Byun Seung Yoon, Shin Goeun, Shin Bong Sun, Yoo Min Sung, Lee Dong Yoon, Lee Sang Goo, Jung Kyung Mi, and Jo Ji Hoon were all involved.
Gagman Shim Hyun Sub was the highest gagman of SBS class 5 and Gag Concert class 13. When Kim Jin Chul beating incident was surfaced, he had said, "It's shameful that us gagmen, who have to make views laugh, can't laugh among ourselves." He's known as the gagman who was involved the least in military discipline.
Gagman Kang Seok did not do any military discipline. He even drove his hoobae Lee Kyung Kyu to his place, which was a very shocking thing to do back then.
