Pann: It's a pity that most idol groups have English names

1. [+140, -24] They look weird if they're translated into Korean, though. "lovely, beast, rainbow" (in Korean)

2. [+120, -19] Yes... that's why I like SNSD's name because it's pretty!

3. [+80, -10] Sonamoo, SNSD, GFriend, etc... Sonamoo and SNSD are good names

4. [+54, -5] There are many Korean names like SNSD and Bangtan Boys! I also hope more groups would use Korean names

5. [+43, -3] But I understand why they use English because Korean group names sound weird... I'm not saying that hangul is weird, but people laughed at Bangtan Boys, Sonamoo, and GFriend because of their names.

6. [+40, -1] Shinhwa, TVXQ, SNSD, Bangtan Boys, Sonamoo, GFriend

7. [+32, -1] BTS sounds pretty but I prefer Bangtan Boys

8. [+26, -1] But they sound a little weird if they're written in Korean... "Red Velvet" "Unmarried woman A", "Apink" "Function", "Space Planet" "Oh My Girl" ㅋㅋㅋ And they use English names for overseas promotions. Imagine a Chinese singer promoting in Korea with a Chinese name. It'll be harder for us to remember the name.

9. [+17, -3] But SNSD and Bangtan Boys are Chinese characters. They're not Korean though?

10. [+11, -0] Hangul = Chinese characters + pure Korean. Names with Chinese characters still fall under Korean names. It's not like only pure Korean is considered Korean. If we exclude Chinese characters, a lot of hangul will be gone. It includes SNSD, Bangtan Boys, and etc.
